Tomás Pintor
Tomás focuses his practice on legal, regulatory and strategic advice on technological financial business models, their participation in Open Finance Systems, and the design of financial-technological structures and contracts. With vast experience in the financial legal field, he previously served as Advisor in the Capital Market Coordination of the Ministry of Finance (2019-2023), as an associate in the Capital Market group of Barros & Errazuriz Abogados (2016-2019) and as an associate at Honorato Delaveau & Cía. (2014-2016).
